Essential Oils 101
Essential oils are incredibly effective and wonderful for total body health.
Emily is a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, and uses essential oil products in all of her client sessions, yoga classes, and in her own personal life.
Ways to use essential oils:
Aromatic: Diffuse to make the whole room, house, car, or office smell heavenly & get all the emotional & sensory benefits too!
Topical: Apply the oils directly to your skin, you may dilute with a carrier oil for sensitive skin and for kiddos.
Internal: Add a few drops to your water, take them in a soft gel capsule, add to smoothies, cook with them– tons of easy and creative ways to do this!
